Job description/ responsibilities
The role provides opportunities for team work, innovation, assuming early leadership responsibilities in marketing and interacting with hospitals in the private sector, as well as a large fraternity of personnel engaged in private healthcare sector so as to explore opportunities for SAMS NABH/NABL accreditation facilitation services in both private and public health sector. The job requires extensive travelling in the designated territory and beyond if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- To study and enhance understanding about NABH processes, documentation and relevant Quality Control rules and regulation so as to prepare yourself to respond to client queries regarding NABH certification/ Accreditation raised by Hospital Management.
- To prepare list of hospitals district wise in the area of operations.
- Identify Non- NABH Hospitals in the area covered and plan visits to the hospitals with prior approval of SAMS Management.
- Work as SAMS’ representative in the area for NABH/ NABL marketing services.
- Field Visit to various hospitals as part of market strategy for SAMS’ hospital services.
- Sensitize the hospital management (Potential Clients) for getting NABH certification/ Accreditation.
- Liaison with the hospital for relationship building/promotion of NABH accreditation
- Arrange meeting of the SAMS headquarter team with hospital management.
- Assist the Technical team in initial GAP Analysis and respond to queries if any, raised by the hospital management.
- Any other work assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Qualifications:
- MBA in Hospital management / Hospital Administration preferably with Quality Assurance as specialization or health marketing
OR
- BBA (Health Care Management ) /PG diploma in Hospital Management/ Hospital Administration / Health Care Management with 1 year of experience in Hospital preferably in Quality Assurance or Health Marketing
OR
- MBA in Marketing / BBA Marketing with 1 year of experience, preferably in health care sector

COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Up to Rs.25,000/- per month CTC, but shall not be a constraint for deserving candidates (with a probation period of up to 3 months).
